2022-12-12	Gi*****	온라인몰 고객상담이 최악이고 아무 책임도 안 지고 거짓말까지 합니다. 구매할 게 있으면 무조건 매장 가서 직접 사세요. 원래 불만 사항을 많이 안 올리지만 이번에 거짓말한 것이 너무 기분 나빠서 올립니다. Online mall(or app) has the worst customer service I've ever seen. They outright lied to me about my order status just to tell me they cannot cancel an item (which I checked and later sent them a screenshot to prove my point - foolishly believing they might have had a problem with their system). They ignored my point and told me my shipment is being prepared (also 4 days late now)

2022-06-16	In*****	그냥 직접 가서 구매하는게 빠른 것 같아요. 세일 기간인데도 '오늘 도착' 상품이라고 표시하고 주문 후 8일 이따 배송예장이라니.... 8일 후에도 '결제완료' 상태라서 확인해보니 주문 밀려서 3일 더 걸린다고 하네요. 앱도 광고 많아서 너무 불편합니다. 아무리 바빠도 다시는 이 앱 안쓸거에요. 별 하나도 너무 아까움. --- Never buy things on this app. They say same day delivery but it they said it would take 8 days. Eight days have passed and the delivery hasn't started. I will be deleting this app as soon as my products get delivered.
