The US app is so blatantly designed to screw over their customers that I'll be switching back to yesstyle and style korean. absolutely devastating that I can no longer access jung seem mool, ashrolen or milk baobab and you replaced it with garbage like urban decay. I fully switched my haircare to the latter 2 brands so this just screwed my whole routine. You should absolutely be ashamed of yourself for singling your US supporters like this, im a freaking gold tier member

absolutely a betrayal to their loyal customer base. we get the sub-par versions of K-Beauty products at double the price, missing exclusive K-Beauty products, membership tier levels have been doubled for the amount you have to spend, and mostly importantly, NO KOREAN SUNSCREEN! The whole point we shopped with Olive Young Global was because of the Korean formulations and the fact we knew this was authentic Korean products. So disgusting that they chose American greed.

It was an amazing app before the update,there was a lot of Korean options tho yes,it was very much expensive then in Korean dollars,it was pretty good,but the items u put in the cart and when u close the app,it all gone from the cart and you have to redo it all again,which annoyed me but the update sucks,it like a down grade,the options are now limited,not as many options and it just saddened me because they had all of the Korean brands on this app now they don't have as many
