2024-11-28	Dh*****	For destination location we have to wait long time to pick place on app.It gets hanged...App Not working properly.....also booked one cab, app automatically booked 3 cabs....and also not showing which cab is booked....only cab driver mo. no. Gets in notification saying your ride is on the way... After receiving their call they told to book one and cancel remaining.... Among These facts that setting destination location on app is very irritating.So I'm uninstalling this app..guys you also do this

2024-08-24	Bh*****	Very bad experience with this app..there is no customer support from ola..I used ola cab for travelling I paid bill through phone pe but I'm getting call from ola everyday that I have used ola money u have to pay the bill amount.. Why should I pay that I didn't use only simply they are calling and irritating there is no customer care number to call ...I mailed the issue many types no reply for that. Don't use this app very bad experience

On cancelling (keeping one vehicle for ride), I receive messages that 'Cancellation charge will be debited on next ride'. How could you charge your customers if you have problems in your own system? Doesn't it look some kind of extortion?

2022-05-31	Kh*****	App doesn't show driver is assigned I get a call from driver that I've arrived. If I've cancelled the ride it shows technical error and I've been charged cancellation charge and then another driver arrives so u have to cancel again and pay double cancellation charges. My ride history is full of cancellation charges applied wrongly. I don't know what's wrong with ola these days.

2022-03-19	Sh*****	Worst experience ever. Destination location changed automatically in driver's phone and he took us to some other place. I shower him the location I typed in my phone but he is showing different location in his phone. Had to pay him for taking us to wrong location, got stranded in the middle of the road, then again had to get another car to go to the right location.. such a scumbag app! I swearing on this app srsly.. waste of money and everything. I want to give minus ratings

2022-02-11	As*****	Worst app. Beware of hidden charges. When booking auto they don't show the convenience charge upfront. You will only come to know about this once you reach your destination. I had to pay almost 50% more than the amount showed while booking and it was charged as access fee. Even after driver has picked up it shows that driver is still on his way customer app. Many times app keeps showing as searching while 2 3 autos reach the pickup point. Too many issues with app, uninstalling right away.

2022-02-05	Ja*****	Very bad experience. Worst app! Not even showing the current trip which is booked or not. But after sometime driver will call and in app it shows your trip was booked. And also showing a different rate while booking the trip but after reached destination extra amount of rate was shown. Very frustrated. This happened 2 to 3 times!. Even 1 star is a very big thing to give for my experience I had !!!

When we are trying to book, it says "Experiencing high demand" but in the back end cab is booked which we don't know as we won't get any message. 2021-11-15	Na*****	1) This app doesn't work properly, when we book a cab/auto it shows "experiencing high demand" but in the background cab would be scheduled and we don't get intimation, unnecessarily cancellation charges will apply. 2) Next is fare, the fares are not the same when u book the cab , there will be huge difference once u complete the trip( even if the location is same/accurate)

You will not have a clue until driver calls you. Many times, you end up with double booking. This app has serious issues !!!!
