Great app. This app helped eased up my travel before getting to the hotel, during the hotel and even after. Also a great app to help out a pandemic helping out with the touchless experience.

Very helpful app during COVID-19 situation, I can make a request to hotel, control the lighting over the app. Would be great if all the hotel have this app as standard 😉

Why do we have to download an app in order to control the TV when we have to remote in the room. The remote app is horrible and doesn't work.

Asks for too many permissions. All I wanted was to control the tv. Freezes

Cool app. Was able to control TV, ac, and lighting in the room. I was also able to book nearby activities within the app during my stay.

Why would I give you all of my personal info AFTER you have my Facebook account. I just wanted to use the TV remote. Too greedy. Deleted.
