Setvora is a focused workout planner for lifters who want routines, session tracking, and progress history available anywhere. Build reusable routines, add custom exercises, define sets, start a workout, record reps, weight, and time, then finish the session into a local training history.

The app is designed for offline use first. Your routines, exercise library, active workout recovery, rest timer preference, units, archived items, and completed sessions persist on device with AsyncStorage. That makes Setvora useful in gyms with poor signal, home setups, travel workouts, and focused training blocks where you do not want a fragile cloud dependency.

Setvora includes routine cards, custom exercise notes, muscle group filters, quick start, active session recovery, set completion controls, rest timer actions, recent personal bests, weekly volume, import and export JSON, reset data, and clear empty states when you are starting fresh.
