77Gym is a focused workout planner for lifters who want their training log available anywhere, even without a connection. Build routines, add custom exercises, set target sets, and start workout sessions from a compact gym-ready interface.

During a session, log reps, weight, and time, mark sets complete, start or skip rest timers, and finish workouts into your local history. Your routines, archived items, active workout recovery, settings, set logs, and completed sessions are stored on-device with AsyncStorage.

Use the exercise library to organize movements by muscle group with notes for cues or equipment. Review recent personal bests, weekly volume bars, and detailed session history from the Progress screen. Settings include unit selection, default rest timing, JSON export, JSON import, and a full data reset when you want a fresh training block.
