OfficeBell

OfficeBell is a purpose-built communication app for office and field teams who need one thing above all: a call for attention that never gets missed. An employee taps one bell — the admin's phone rings with a full-screen alarm, even if the app is closed, the screen is locked, or the phone is on silent mode. No message to type, no app to hunt through — just an instant, unmissable signal that someone needs them.

Built for small offices, workshops, showrooms, clinics and service teams where a manager or admin is the point of contact for a group of staff, OfficeBell replaces the old system of shouting across a floor, walkie-talkies, or missed WhatsApp pings with one reliable, purpose-made channel.

KEY FEATURES

Instant Bell Alerts — One tap sends a loud, full-screen alarm straight to the office admin's phone, designed to break through silent mode and battery optimization so it's never missed.

One-Tap Calling — Built-in internet calling between employee and admin, no phone minutes needed. "Call Office Admin" is always one tap away.

Team Messaging & Group Chat — A private inbox for one-to-one messages with the admin, plus a group chat so the whole team can coordinate together. Messages auto-delete after 7 days.

Task Management — Admins assign tasks to employees and track them through "My Work"; overdue tasks are flagged automatically.

Multiple Teams, One App — Create your own office team as an admin, or join others with a simple office code — useful for staff who split time across more than one office.

Live Employee Status — Admins see every employee's availability (Available / Busy / Offline) on one dashboard, in real time.

Employee Location On Request — Admins can request a one-time location check from a field employee, shared only between that employee and their own admin.

Built To Actually Ring — A built-in Reliability Check confirms battery optimization is off, notifications are enabled, and full-screen alerts are allowed, with custom bell alarm sounds and call ringtones.

PLANS & PRICING

Every office starts with a free 7-day trial of the full app, no card required. After the trial, a free plan continues with bell alerts, calls and messaging for one team. Growing offices can subscribe to a paid plan for more teams and more members, billed monthly or yearly through Google Play. Only the office admin manages billing — the employee app never shows a purchase screen.

Whether you're running a single showroom counter or coordinating a multi-location service team, OfficeBell keeps everyone one tap away from the person who needs to know.
