Alerte Echipa

Alerte Echipă calls a co-worker to you instantly, with a single tap.

Built for teams working in the field, in warehouses or on construction sites — where a ringing phone goes unheard and a text message gets read too late. You pick the person from your team list and tap. On their phone the alert takes over the whole screen, with sound and vibration, even if the phone is locked, silenced or in Do Not Disturb.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Call a co-worker from the Home screen with one tap
• Send straight from the home screen widget, without opening the app — one tap, or two if you want a confirmation step
• Receive alerts that cut through silent mode and Do Not Disturb
• Choose the sound you want to be called with: alarm, siren, beeps or chime
• Join a team with an invite code from your coordinator
• See the history of who called whom, so the team can check what happened

TEAMS AND ROLES

The team owner and its administrators can call. Workers receive the alerts. A team can optionally be set to open calling, so anyone can call anyone. You can belong to several teams at once — a coordinator in one, a worker in another — and you only ever see the co-workers in your own teams.

SIGNING IN

Sign-in uses your phone number and a one-time code sent by SMS. No password, no email account, nothing to remember. Your name and job title are visible only to members of your teams.

PERMISSIONS

The app asks for notification permission on first launch. Without it you can still call others, but you cannot be called. On phones that manage battery aggressively, allow the app to run in the background so alerts arrive while it is closed.

WHAT IT IS NOT

Alerte Echipă is not an emergency service and does not replace emergency dispatch, fire alarm systems or any mandatory safety procedure at your workplace. In life-threatening situations, call your local emergency number.

Delivering an alert depends on the receiving phone having an internet connection and having granted notification permission.

The app interface is in Romanian, and it is built for teams working in Romania.
