App frequently freezes or crashes.

Does not remember login info and I regulary cannot access my user dashboard. When entering the correct username and password, it loads for a moment before retuning to the login screen.

First impressions aren't great. There's no 'remember me' setting on the app & you must re-enter the long membership number on every login; very frustrating. At least one person has mentioned this flaw in reviews..2 yrs ago. The device, although installed and flashing (even went for a 10 min drive) is still showing as not activated in the App. What to do? I think I got a glimpse of the full app once, but now only see the device link page again. Like I said...not great.
