APParral is the official app of the Municipal Government of Parral, designed to strengthen communication between citizens and authorities, facilitating the reporting, monitoring, and response to incidents in the community.

With APParral, Parral residents can easily report problems in their area, such as streetlight failures, potholes, trash on public roads, and more. The app allows users to attach photos, select the corresponding category, and send the exact location of the incident.

Additionally, the app offers a history so users can check the status of their reports (received, in process, resolved), receive notifications about updates, and view nearby reports made by other citizens.

It is also designed for internal use by municipal officials, who can manage reports, update their status, and view statistics on their performance.
