Your APP for interaction with the Municipality
This application allows you to highlight to the Municipality the problems you have encountered in the area.
You will have the opportunity to be an active part in the management of your municipality and updated by the Authority based on the reports you create.
The report may concern various categories set directly by the Authority, such as for example signs (missing or damaged), the state of the road surface, the abandonment of waste, the incorrect functioning of public lighting, etc.
Each report includes, with respect to the category of the event, a free descriptive text without character limit where you can type the description of the events that you want to make the Municipality aware of.
Each report can be automatically georeferenced and accompanied by one or more frames which will become part of the attachments to the event.
You will be able to keep your reports on your device to check their progress and by accessing the individual report, you will be able to check the response from the organisation.
Each report will be assigned by the Organization an evaluation regarding its completeness, thus generating a reliability list of the reporters.
