Made with the specific objectives of allowing citizens to make reports concerning the urban decor and send them, using the smartphone, to municipal operators.
In this way the citizen becomes the main actor for the decorum and livability of the territory he lives daily.
The characteristics are:
1) access via the Public Digital Identity System;
2) access via Facebook and Google credentials;
3) rapid and precise identification of one's position;
4) simplicity of sending the report to the municipal offices;
5) consultation of the progress of their reports.
