Tinteán

Tinteán is a new wellbeing service platform, designed to empower users to monitor their wellbeing status and continually collaborate with their health and social care professionals to holistically and proactively look after their wellbeing.

Tinteán provides support during, and between care episodes to provide new insights at points of care, and to identify issues and risks at the earliest opportunity between episodes of care.

This app is created for clients registered with a wellbeing service and offers tools to help you stay connected, informed and supported.

With the Tinteán app you can:
- Complete wellbeing questionnaires
- Respond to notifications from the wellbeing team
- Upload photos of your medications
- Notify the wellbeing team of any life events
- Share your wellbeing status with health and social care professionals
- Contact the wellbeing team directly for support
- Access a curated library of resources to learn more about your wellbeing

Tinteán helps you to stay on top of your wellbeing and share up to date information with your care providers.
To use the app, you must be registered with a participating wellbeing service.
