2024-07-10	Da*****	Upped from 1 star to 3. Needs more features for 5 stars. Number 1 major problem is with account creation. I finally figured out that you cannot create an account if you're using an Android 15 device. I wasted a lot of time determining this problem, so create your account in an Android 14 or previous device. Once created, your Android 15 device will log in just fine. App works, but has a LOT of room for improvement. C'mon NuWave. Put your developers to work. This could be great with some effort.

Would not connect no matter how many times I ran the procedure for 45 plus minutes and even found out their instructions are WRONG on whether or not the wifi light needs to be blinking fast or slow but still would not connect and the app controlled NOTHING. DELETED the app I'm over it and am done wasting my time.

2024-03-01	Kr*****	Love my purifiers, but DESPISE the app. It crashes constantly and does virtually nothing when it IS actually working. I can't see the air quality in my home and most functions don't work properly. About the only thing that works (and only occasionally) is scheduling. I've uninstalled the app because it's pretty much useless. It's even worse if you have multiple purifiers, which we do 😡

2023-09-21	Jo*****	As of 8-25-23, the app now opens, BUT you cannot control the air purifier from your cell. I have been frustrated with this app, so I finally uninstalled this app. I cannot see it wasting storage on my phone. I can easily get up and push the buttons when I want.

2023-09-09	Wa*****	Worked fine for a year or more. Now it just closes and says there is a bug. uninstalled and reinstalled. Did not help. not be compatible with latest Android Update: Installed again on 2 different androids and it is working again. Oh. By the way. I did have create my account again in the app. I used the same as before. But it is working great now. Thank you!

2023-08-24	Da*****	FINALLY! It works again! I experienced all of the errors after the last update: No connection; Invalid client; "App has a bug;" no functionality. But finally, now it works as expected. The scheduling feature is nice, a much-needed function. Now, if I can only, finally, get it to connect to Alexa, it will be worth 5*.

2023-08-22	Da*****	Terrible, after update, can't login, always stating, invalid client no access. It used to work and now it's useless. Hopefully the developers can fix my issues I'm having with my App.. UPDATE.. The Bug that was corrupting the application has been fixed now the application the app works flawlessly with some nice little updates I've changed one star to five stars for the moment.

2023-08-21	Pa*****	I used this app for around a year with no problems. Now they say that it has a bug and the app is useless for me. It doesn't even open. I have been given no idea when it will be fixed. I always put it in sleep mode at night which needs the app working properly. In spite of this I still love my oxypure air purifier.

2023-08-20	la*****	I can no longer use my Bluetooth on my phone to adjust My nuwave. After one week, it stopped working and the app crashed. And it's saying that there is a bug in the app. Waiting for an update. I just paid all this money because of How easy they said it is to use to adjust your settings without having to get up. It's telling me new wave app has A bug, and it's waiting for. Someone to do an update to fix this problem period
