The Console is the basic module of the Business Up suite to keep the situation of your customers under control. Call, locate, collect and stay up-to-date on the business facts of your customers.

Personal data, geolocation, documents, deadlines, turnover, different destinations, organizations, collections, notes, product catalog, price lists and discounts.


Orders
Whatever the merchandise sector in which you operate, Business Up Orders is the additional module to improve commercial activities, check the availability of products and the last purchases made, have the conditions reserved for each of your customers under control, present products, and increase the your sales!
Main features
Items, items, last sales / purchase prices, price lists and discounts applied to the item, order collection, electronic signature and sending the printable version.

Customer Service

With BUP Customer Service, the technician can manage the calls assigned to him or view the calls still to be assigned which have been entered in the back-office through Business Cube
The technician can take charge of the calls, allocate the hours of labor or the necessary spare parts in the intervention and, at the end, generate the intervention report that can be forwarded to the customer.
All calls closed via Customer Service BUP will then be synchronized on the Cube database to be incorporated into call billing.

CRM Business UP
With CRM Business UP it is possible to generate offers addressed to the Lead, view the offers already entered via Business UP and use the offers history to generate new offers in a simple and fast way.
The Agent can also generate activities on Leads which will then be visible, after synchronization, in his Business Cube CRM console.
