The app is good, but it seems the developers have stopped updating it. For example, the ohone app no longer allows downloads for invoices and quotes, and the desktop (web based) deleted descriptor of items when generating an invoice. It seems the team gave up on app development and fixing bugs in the system.

Solid 3.5 stars for technical features, 2 stars for user documentation /manual, and -2 stars for developement. I am a small service and product business selling through Square and using OneUp for accounting and inventory. Suddenly there is a known issue with OneUp syncing with Square and inventory /sales cannot sync for going on 6 Weeks now. SIX WEEKS! The representative I have been emailing keeps telling me they are JUST about to patch it. Switching accounting software will be such a headache!!
