If there is a problem with the product purchased from a partner, you can contact us directly from the user agent without cumbersome procedures.
You can check the partner company's answer agent for the problem you inquired about.
The company manager can check the breakdown of department members and partner companies' responses.

05. Manage PC installed products and license expiration dates.

The administrator can check whether an unlicensed product is installed on the user's PC and manage the installed product with a deletion request notification.
You can check product license expiration dates and send inquiries to partners to request renewal.
If the promotion for the purchased product is in progress, the promotion content is activated, and you can purchase again by comparing the purchase amount with the increase/decrease rate.
