PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Voisight handles sensitive information about children in care. Child names are stored as initials only. Audio and transcripts are protected in transit and at rest. The app enforces session timeout and per-tenant data isolation.

ACCESS

Voisight is a workplace tool. Your organization's administrator provides an access code during onboarding. The app is intended for use by adult caregiving staff.

Voisight is built as multi-tenant software. Each organization has its own user base with permissions enforced at the role and facility level. Direct-care staff see only the reports they created. Administrators see their facility. Owners see across the organization.
