This app hasn't worked for weeks now. I contacted Northstar who won't even assist me since they transferred my contract to ADT. ADT won't help either and want me to sign up for their service products. I'm paying all this money to not be able to monitor my home. Terrible customer service. I'll never sign up for a home alarm system ever again.

Oct 2023 update. App continues to crash upon opening. There are some weird bugs. Half of the time it says "no service schedule" or something along those lines but it will still arm the alarm. Other times after arming or disarming it will just continue to say arming or disarming, but still does the job. Exit the app and reopen it, and it's done what you wanted it to. Also you can't back out without using your home screen.
