FieldMetrx

FieldMetrx, the field operations platform for residential sewer, drain, and trenchless contractors.

Built for the guys who built America. The contractors with dirt on their boots are the ones holding this country together. Drain and sewer pros keep families safe, homes standing, and Main Street running. We exist to give them tools worth passing down.

THE PROBLEM YOUR BUSINESS NEVER NAMED
Your business has no memory.

Your senior tech has thirty years in his head. The day he retires, that knowledge walks out the door. The repeat customer at 412 Maple St gets treated like a stranger every time you roll a truck. The handoff between the field and the office is where good jobs go to die. The job you finished yesterday, you know what you charged, you don't know what it cost.
Four wounds. One root cause. No memory.

WHAT FIELDMETRX DOES
FieldMetrx is field service software built specifically for residential drain and trenchless shops. We give your crew the memory, clarity, and tools to do honest work, charge a fair price, and build something that outlasts them.

It starts with Axel, your AI co-pilot in the field, built on decades of CIPP, spot repair, hydrojetting, and excavation knowledge. He doesn't replace your tech. He makes your newest tech sound like your most experienced one.

Walk through any job, ask Axel a question, get a real answer. Capture defects with TrenchCam, our camera capture system that sees what you see and flags what you might miss. Tap one button and FieldMetrx generates a Good, Better, Best proposal in plain English the homeowner actually understands. Same-day proposals, every time, before the tech leaves the driveway.

CORE FEATURES

AXEL, YOUR AI CO-PILOT Ask any drain or trenchless question. Root intrusion, belly conditions, cast iron failures, spot repair versus full lining, obstruction troubleshooting. Axel answers like a senior tech, not a chatbot.

TRENCHCAM Camera capture with AI-assisted defect detection. Annotate, save, and pull straight into your proposal. No more managing photos in three different apps.

INSTANT PROPOSALS Good, Better, Best tiers auto-built from job findings. Plain-English explanations the homeowner understands. Homeowner-ready in under sixty seconds.

DAILY DIGEST Every morning, your phone tells you what jobs you have, what crew is where, and what needs attention before you start the truck.

JOB MEMORY Every job, every photo, every note, every proposal, searchable forever. The repeat house is no longer a stranger. The senior tech's knowledge no longer walks out the door.

WHO THIS IS FOR
FieldMetrx is built specifically for residential sewer, drain, and trenchless shops running camera inspections, hydrojetting, spot repairs, lining work, and excavation. Owner-operators, crews of two trucks or twenty. If your team runs trucks, talks to homeowners, and writes proposals, this is your contractor management software.

WHY WE BUILT THIS
NorthRidge Systems was founded by operators who lived inside a residential trenchless shop for years. We watched good techs lose good jobs because the tools they were given were built for HVAC, for general plumbing, for landscaping. Nothing built for the actual work.
So we built it ourselves.

Our mission is to give residential drain and trenchless contractors the field service software to build companies worth passing down, so the next generation inherits something more than a job.
