Voice Mouse

Voice mouse is an android screen assistant specifically designed for users with broken screens. The app enables a voice operated mouse which can then be used to perform all screen related activities.

The app is programmed to respond to certain voice commands using which the user can operate the android phone without touching the screen.


Instructions to use the app:-
1. Upon opening the app the user will find a cursor in the top left corner of the screen.
2.Tilt your phone and the cursor should follow the direction of the tilt.
3. Use command "minimize" to minimize the voice mouse app and move pointer to intended location
Supported Voice Commands.
1.Swipe (Right, Left, Up, Down)- Swipes the screen towards the specified direction from the center irrespective of the pointer location. For example swipe right will swipe the screen to the right.

2.Drag(Right, Left, Up, Down)-Swipes the screen towards the specified direction from the pointer location. For example Drag right will swipe the screen to the right from the current location of the pointer, this is generally used in case you want to operate any sliding views of an app.

3.Click- clicks on the screen at the current location of the pointer. Alternative solution is to hover your hand for 1 second on top of the proximity sensor which will dispatch a single click at the current location of the pointer.

Hovering your hand over the proximity sensor for more than 2 seconds will dispatch a long press at the current location of the pointer. This could be used in case you want to paste something in the search field.

Hovering your hand over the proximity sensor for more than 5 seconds will resume the service if paused using the "stop listening" command

4.Minimize- minimizes the currently open app.

5.Close app- closes the currently open app.

6.Stop listening- This will literally stop listening to your voice commands until you start it again by hovering your hand over the proximity sensor for 5 second.

7.Stop service- Closes the voice mouse application.

8.Open - This command is used to open other popular apps directly. Currently only below listed apps are supported.

c> Netflix
d>Amazon Prime
e>WatchSpot Live
f>WhatsApp
g>Mx Player

9.Copy to clipboard- Copies the next thing you say to your local clipboard. For example if you want to search a song on youtube you can directly say it and copy it in your clipboard and then just paste it in the search field using the long press.

10.(Left, Right, Top, Bottom)- In case you want to adjust the pointer with voice, these commands can be used.
