Developers haven't updated the app in over a year, being unable to resize the crosshair is a major flaw in my opinion and something that could of been implemented quite easily by the developers but I think they have abandoned this app.

I want an app that can trake my mouse not use my mouse as a ppuppet and delay it

I have been using this app for a few years now and it does a decent job. I use a Quha head mouse and I am able to use various android devices with this app. Only complaint is dragging. I can't tell where I'm dragging to - it would be better if it starts the drag immediately and follows the cursor.
