BreatheAct is the breathing exercise app for whenever you need sixty seconds to reset.

Open the app, press one button, and follow a guided breathing pattern — no account, no upload, nothing to configure. Pick from six patterns depending on what you need:

- Box Breathing — an even, structured rhythm for a steady reset
- Awake — a shorter, energizing pattern for alertness
- Deep Calm — extended hold and exhale for deep relaxation
- Pranayama-inspired — a traditional yogic box with an extended exhale
- Square Breathing — equal-phase tactical breathing
- Ocean Breath (Ujjayi) — a slow, sustained calming rhythm

COHERENCE TRAINER
Breathe along with an expanding and settling ring and tap once at the start of each inhale. In about a minute, see how even and steady your breathing rhythm was — a simple way to practice pacing your breath.

DAILY PRACTICE
A lightweight daily check-in and streak counter make it easy to build a regular breathing habit. Log a quick check-in on how you're feeling, and watch a two-week trend of your confidence and clarity build up over time.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
BreatheAct doesn't require sign-up to use its core breathing tools. Your data stays on your device unless you choose to opt in to a weekly email summary, and you can clear everything or withdraw at any time from Settings -> Data & Privacy.
