Check in your way: Employees and visitors can identify themselves by scanning a QR code, entering a 16-character magic code, or providing a phone number. The app instantly verifies access and displays a clear result — approved, flagged, or declined.
Register new arrivals: First-time visitors or contractors who aren't yet in the system can register on the spot. They enter their details, select their role, choose a contact person within the organisation, and provide a reason for their visit — all in a guided, step-by-step flow.
Complete onboarding tasks: After checking in, employees can be guided through any required tasks — such as forms, declarations, or onboarding steps — before they're fully signed in.
Event and shift support: If a person is linked to multiple events or shifts, they can select the correct one at check-in to keep records accurate.
