Fast, secure, and contactless sign-in for visitors, staff, and contractors at workplaces using EVA Check-in. Sign in by scanning QR codes with the app or a phone camera, confirm your details, and optionally indicate who you are visiting and answer site-specific questions. Your sign-in history is saved across sites that use EVA Check-in, and you can store multiple profiles and sign in several people from one device.

Optional extras include geofence sign-ins, on-site alerts from the site administrator, certificates you’ve been granted (inductions and safety orientations), hazard reporting, and evacuation or SOS features. All data is encrypted and stored securely, with site-defined retention rules; movement data used for geofence sign-ins stays on-device and is not shared with EVA Check-in or sites.
