2024-07-19	Je*****	Even after this update the app is trash. I'm trying to get to work and the app won't allow a transaction to go through, I keep getting an error message. Both with my credit an debit. Even though I'm not given a card, the app still charged my bank account. My partner is also unable to make any payments with his cards as well. This stupid app always has problems processing payments.

2023-11-20	Na*****	Besides the fact that the app logs you out after not being used for a few days or a week when you do log back in the app it doesn't even want to work properly. Which means you miss the bus because the bus driver needs to see the ticket in order for you to stay on the bus, then on top of that they take your money and have the nerve to have the tickets expire as if you didn't pay for the tickets which I feel like is just robbery I will never be using this app again. Time to go back to metro cards

You would think 🤔 NICE would know that, already! Who wants to log in or out of the app when you're traveling, trying catch these slow or late busses? I know I don't and as a result of logging you out automatically, you may not be able to log back in. Which is the problem I'm currently experiencing. This is "AWFUL".
