THITTAM APP

THITTAM APP is a specialized mobile application developed for the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Government of Tamil Nadu. Designed for authorized Assistant Engineers and Overseers, the app facilitates capturing progress stages and geo-coded photographs of various development works via Android devices across 388 blocks in 37 districts.

Users can securely log in to view ongoing projects within their jurisdiction, with geofencing implemented for precise site marking. The app supports over 500 types of projects including construction of school buildings, roads, water supply works, and more. It efficiently operates both offline and online, enabling field data collection and progress reporting even with connectivity challenges. The application also generates detailed reports at block, district, and state levels, enhancing monitoring and management of rural development schemes.
