A period tracker that is a diary, not a social network.

Period Tracker & Cycle Diary is a plain log for your cycle. Mark the days you bleed and how heavy, note the symptoms that came with them, keep a waking temperature if you take one, and write down what you took. When a doctor asks how long your cycles have been, turn it into a dated report instead of counting backwards from memory.

WHAT YOU CAN LOG

• Periods — which days, how heavy, and which day was the first
• Symptoms — cramps, headache, bloating, mood, tender breasts, acne, fatigue, nausea, back pain, and how much they affected the day
• Discharge — dry, sticky, creamy, watery or stretchy
• Waking temperature — in °C or °F, stored the same either way
• Medication — whatever you took, in your own words

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

There is no account, no sign-up and no server. Nothing you log is uploaded, because there is nowhere for it to go. That is not a promise about how carefully we handle your data — we never receive it.

All logging, the full timeline, the calendar, a 30-day chart, CSV export and an encrypted backup of your own data. Exporting what you wrote is never behind a payment.

PAID, ONCE

The formatted report over any date range you choose, every insight chart rather than the last month, and unlimited reminders. One payment, yours for good — or monthly if you would rather. Most people need this for a stretch rather than forever, so paying once is usually the better deal and the app says so.

WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO

There is no feed, no horoscope and no advice. It also makes no contraception claim of any kind: predictions are shown as predictions, and never as safe days.
