My Cycle is a private, offline period tracker designed for women who value security and simplicity. Your personal health data never leaves your device, no accounts, no cloud sync, no internet connection required.

Log period start and end dates on an interactive monthly calendar. My Cycle uses your cycle history to predict upcoming periods and shows predicted dates directly on the calendar, so you can plan ahead.

Rich Symptom & Mood Logging
Choose from 29 stickers to track how you feel each day, flow intensity (light, medium, heavy), physical symptoms (cramps, nausea, headache, bloating, fatigue, back pain), mood (happy, irritable, anxious, calm, energetic), cravings, sleep, and more. Add free-text notes to capture anything the stickers don't cover.

Smart Period Reminders
Get notified 1–7 days before your predicted period starts. Notification timing is fully adjustable in settings.
