NEONFERNO is a survivor-style action roguelike built for one thumb. Your guns fire themselves — every decision you make is a movement decision.

■ THREE BOSS CHECKS, ONE RUN
At 4:00 the Ribs come down. At 8:00 the Knell splits. At 12:00 the Mother arrives, and the run ends with her. No endless grind, no filler — every run is a twelve-minute arc with three walls to break through.

■ MOVEMENT IS THE WHOLE GAME
Attacks are automatic, so the tension lives in where you stand. Run from the horde, or push into it — elites drop the affixes you need, and the altars that upgrade you sit in the worst place on the field. Fleeing is never the best move.

■ THREE HUNTERS, THREE DRONES
EMBER burns. WARDEN holds. KNELL tolls. Each brings a signature drone and a private pool of skills that no other hunter can draw.

■ BUILD IT YOUR WAY
Four main guns, eleven upgrade axes, four elemental states — frost, flame, blight, burst. Not every upgrade fits every gun, so each run forces a real choice instead of the same optimal path.

■ NEON GLASS, NOT PIXELS
Every entity is a glowing glass polygon. No sprite sheets, no muddy filters — just hard light on black.
