Mini Survivor is a hyper-casual roguelite with quick runs (3 minutes). You drag to move, the auto-fire automatically targets the nearest enemy, and the rest is pure reflex: dodging, collecting gems, leveling up, and choosing upgrades to build an increasingly absurd build.

🎮 STRAIGHTFOOT GAMEPLAY
• Tap to move, auto-fire does the rest
• Run lasts 3 minutes with an increasing difficulty curve
• Defeat the final boss or unlock Endless mode
• Combo system with XP multiplier

⚡ 11 UPGRADES PER RUN
Damage, rate of fire, HP, regen, speed, collection radius, critical, multi-shot, pierce, lifesteal, explosion. Each combination creates a different build.

🦸 4 CHARACTERS WITH DISTINCT PLAYSTYLES
• REBEL — balanced, ideal for beginners
• SNIPER — high damage, low rate of fire
• TANK — very high HP, sustains chaos
• BERSERKER — insane rate of fire, fragile HP

👹 TELEGRAPHED BOSSES
• Bulwark (60s) — frontal shield, requires flanking
• Warden (90s) — radial burst, emphasizes mobility
• Reaper (135s) — telegraphed dash, dodging is everything
• Final Boss (180s) — only the most prepared

💎 META-PROGRESSION
• 4 permanent meta-upgrades (HP, damage, radius, coins)
• Cosmetic hat system
• Consumables shop and auto-revive
• Daily streak reward (up to 7 days)
• Rotating daily challenge
