NEX HRMS

NEX HRMS is the employee self-service app for companies that manage their workforce with the NEX HRMS platform by Nexshastra Tech.

Mark your attendance in seconds and keep your work life in your pocket:

PUNCH IN & OUT WITH A SELFIE
- Quick selfie capture with automatic face detection
- Face verification protects you — nobody can punch on your behalf
- Your location is attached to each punch, so field duty is covered too
- Start and end breaks with the same one-tap flow

ATTENDANCE AT A GLANCE
- See today's status and your full attendance history
- Working hours, late marks and shortfalls calculated automatically

LEAVE MANAGEMENT
- Apply for leave in a few taps
- Track balances by leave type and see approvals instantly

PAYSLIPS & HOLIDAYS
- View and download monthly payslips
- Company holiday calendar always up to date

FACE PUNCH KIOSK MODE
- Companies can turn any spare phone or tablet into a walk-up face punch machine for the whole team
