NexbildHR

NexbildHR is the company app for Nexbild employees — attendance, leave, payslips and company updates in one place.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Clock in and out with an office-zone check, take breaks, and view your daily, weekly and monthly timesheets
• Request punch corrections when you miss a check-in or check-out
• Apply for leave (sick, casual, maternity, paternity) and track approvals
• View payslips and download them as PDF
• Read company documents and acknowledge policies
• Stay up to date with announcements, the holiday calendar and push notifications
• Message colleagues 1:1

FOR ADMINS AND HR
• Team attendance dashboard with live status
• Leave approvals on the go
• Publish announcements to the whole company

GOOD TO KNOW
• NexbildHR requires a company-issued account. There is no public sign-up — accounts are provided by your HR team.
• Location is read only at the moment you clock in or out, to confirm office attendance against your company's office zone. It is never collected in the background. You can decline location access and still punch in — the punch is simply marked as unverified.
• Punches sync automatically if you clock in while offline.
