in the past several months the Bluetooth connection to my Urtopia bike classic was forcefully cut due to an internal error. As advised I tried to update the software but when I press open the App it doesn't open. It just shows me again the page for the App evaluation. The connection to my cellphone was 16 times forcefully interrupted due to an internal error. I can't find any point of contact to software manufacturer or any competent technician to solve the problem. Please help me resolve it.
