License Plate app defines vehicles registered : national and foreign.
License Plate is an application allowing:
The identification of vehicles registered. The plate consists of five numbers (from 1 to 99,999) designating the registration number of the vehicle, a letter of the Arabic alphabet in the middle incremented compared to the number of registration and an identifier of the issuing prefecture of the plate (ranging from 1 to 88).
