2024-01-12	Je*****	This app will not let you upload photos! If you put a wiring harness underneath an open pipe, where condensate collects, do you really need a photo for warranty claims anyways? This app has been useful one time. This app has failed me several times. 2 stars it's a good idea. Poor execution.

2023-10-16	Ni*****	Navien gets rid of their (bibles) and makes techs use this app. It's really helpful when you are troubleshooting and the error codes pop up. Click on any of the error codes and the next screen is blank.
