How to make Smart TOK app work with NR35 controller: 1) Start procedure to create an account or login if you have an account. 2) Switch off mobile data on your phone 3) Set controller to AP mode 4) Connect phone to Wi-Fi named NR35 -ABCD (the 4 digits shown in controller), 5) From then on follow the instructions described in manual, 6) if product registers ok but still does not work delete your account and start again. Hope this helps.
