I have an IC 3.5 but cannot access any of the free programs except the ones on the Upright section. My Bluetooth and connection seems fine for that section only. I don't want to pay for membership yet as wanted to try the different starter programs as I build my fitness. I can't seem to make it any harder on the auto adjust either.

LOVE THE APP ! I own the Bowflex treadmill, M8, and Velecore and they all work perfectly with the app. I have the app on iPad, SamsungS25, and the Velecore. App works seamlessly on all my devices. I lost 36 pounds in 21 months without killing myself . Be dedicated each day and set reasonable goals. The trainers are awesome and push your limits.. I love the journal were you can see past workouts on my phone also and NO ads. 5 stars ⭐ 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 thanks for making working out at home so EASY 🏋
