SapaKonsel (Friends of Women and Children in South Konawe) is the official application of the South Konawe Regency Government, which serves as a reporting service for violence against women and children.

Through this application, the public can report various forms of violence easily, quickly, and safely. Reports will be received directly by officers from the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (DP3A) for follow-up according to protection procedures.
