WargaBicara is the official application of the South Konawe Regency Government, providing a platform for the public to submit reports, complaints, and concerns regarding public services and the condition of infrastructure in their surrounding areas.

Through this application, the public can communicate directly with the government in a fast, open, and structured manner. Each report will be forwarded to the relevant Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) for follow-up according to their authority.
