2025-01-15	Jo*****	Love it its simple and fun to mess with using the touch interface. There are basically no other music apps that use the touch interface this well. I love it for making little sound effects, and I've made all my ringtones and notification sounds in this app.

2024-08-25	Ma*****	Minimalist interface sequencer: it plays 8 channels, with 16 steps each, from 8 patterns (or 16 in banks mode). The channels can be one of PWM, FM, Noise or Sampler (in banks mode there are 4 variation). Per step sound design, re-sample, mute, two 4-patterns, or one 8-patterns looping modes and a song-mode, to set patterns for the 8 channels in a 16 lines by 16 pages grid. Short of 5 stars, for the bugs of "meta step" not working in Loop Mode and not able to copy/paste single line in Song Mode.

2024-02-05	As*****	What it lacks in clearly conveyed controls, it more than makes up for in clever design and overall enjoyment. I've actually found part of the fun to be in working out what everything does, and as you do so you realize how smart of an app it is.

2024-01-21	Sp*****	Split screen not working. I love this app but with the most recent update I can't run it split screen. Great app though. Five star Edit: I feel like there used to be a manual or tutorial, too. Where'd they go? I was looking for details on the synthesis methods and their gui parameters.

2023-04-30	Ty*****	Edit: gotten the hang of /dir feature :) now time to organize my samples. Really starting to master FM bass! Have been a Nanoloop user for 10 years now and don't plan on changing that! However these newer updates (using /dir on Android) aren't necessarily the most intuitive or functional. I Miss the previous function for searching samples and projects. And sometimes my app crashes and it's never happened before. Is there a way to revert to the original version before this newest update?

2023-04-01	Je*****	Great app. May I make a feature request? Per-channel panning. As-is, I often end up with a 128-step sequence before I decide on panning, and then I have to try to tune each step separately to the exact same panning by swiping each one at a time.

2022-12-27	Ma*****	The app does not respond correctly to the touch screen on the sequencer grid page. Impossible to change pitch now. I probably logged 5 or 6 hours on it and was just getting a handle on the song mode and sampler. Suddenly stopped responding to touch. Disappointing. I ve tried uninstalling and rebooting phone and reinstalling. Now impossible to program patterns. Very frustrating because if it worked the way intended it would be great...

Once I got my head around that I learned to love the tools nanoloop does give youm. The workflow is really unique and the whole setup is really easy to learn. It's great for throwing together ideas and creating loops to play along with or stick in a bigger project. Would recommend for all musicians or anyone who has some time to kill.
