“Namma Bengaluru (Sahaaya2.0)” application provides single platform to register their grievances against above mentioned departments through various sources like Text, Photos and Videos. The citizens of Bengaluru can view the status of the grievances on day to day basis

This is an excellent App from BBMP (IT). It is very user friendly, has an automatic geo-tagging and a provision to add photo/ video. Bengalureans must install this App and make full use of it. This is the way forward for a futuristic SMART CITY. However, BBMP Grievance ID/ Complaint numbers are closed without attending by attaching wrong or blank image document by the BBMP staff. Therefore, this excellent App has become unpopular and is not serving the purpose it was designed for.

The app keeps asking for various permissions, and even after granting the permissions, the app closes saying it has a bug. I tried uninstalling and reinstallation, even then the app does not open. Please do the needful and publish the app as soon as possible. It was working fine when it was called Namma Bengaluru. Regards Chella Dorai

The app only keeps asking to enable permissions, even when all permissions are granted. It does not work at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 5 times. I wonder if this really works or it is a scam app.
