🏋️ This is a membership management program created by a representative who personally operated a CrossFit box.

I developed this membership management program to personally resolve the inconveniences I experienced while running a CrossFit box.

Uploading daily WODs, managing member attendance and membership durations, accepting hold requests, and checking personal records.

Previously, you had to switch between various programs and bulletin boards to manage these tasks, but now you can manage them more conveniently within a single app.

It provides a more convenient box experience for members, and a more efficient member management environment for the representative and coaches.

📌 1. Today's Workout

You can check the daily WODs and records in one place.

▶ View WODs and RECORDs together by date

▶ RECORDs can be uploaded with photos

▶ Important box announcements are displayed at the top of the WOD

▶ Announcements can have a set display period, automatically ending display after the time expires

▶ Supports class reservation features

▶ Easily disable the reservation feature for boxes not in use

As this is the screen members check most frequently every day, it allows for the natural delivery of WODs and announcements.

Members can check their attendance status directly.

Members can monitor their own exercise habits, which helps with attendance management and encourages return visits.

Members can directly view and manage their membership and usage information.

You can reduce the workload of individually notifying members of re-registration or managing hold history separately.

Additionally, you can build a continuous connection with members by naturally exposing the Box's social media channels, such as Instagram and YouTube.

You can proceed with registration after completing the agreement.

You can check members whose birthdays are approaching within 30 days on the Member Management screen.

A small gesture of kindness, such as saying "Happy Birthday!" to a member, can bring the relationship between the member and Box closer.

If you register Box's operating regulations or announcements, they can be continuously displayed on the screens visible to members.

You can continuously provide guidance on regulations necessary for operating the box.

Now, manage everything within a single system instead of using multiple separate programs.

· Membership contracts and payments are made between the box and the member; this app only serves to record and display these details. Payments are not processed within the app.

· You can report announcements, workouts, and photos posted by the box within the app.

· You can delete your account directly via 'Delete Account' on the 'My Info' screen.
