2026-06-12	Ch*****	for me it's been a perfect way to receive information about all aspects of my hip replacement surgery. one really good thing about it, is the ability to re-read the information sent, had a human been telling me, I would have forgotten it, especially after surgery. I like the exercise programme, it definitely makes me feel I should do it.
