MoveIt is a professional healthcare app designed to assist patients in receiving personalized orthopedic care from home, saving time and ensuring consistent treatment without the need for daily hospital visits. By utilizing cloud-based video instructions and real-time communication with doctors, MoveIt streamlines the treatment process, allowing patients to focus on their recovery while staying connected with their medical team.

How MoveIt Works:

Initial Setup: The user first visits their orthopedic doctor, who provides them with a unique user ID and password.
Login & Home Screen: After downloading the app, the patient logs in using their credentials. Upon login, they are greeted with a personalized welcome message, a progress graph, and four key options on the home screen:
Daily Exercises: This section displays a list of exercise weeks and sessions. The user can select their current week and session, where they will find specific exercise videos assigned by their doctor. As the user follows along with the video, the app records their session for review.
Progress Tracker: After completing exercises, users answer a set of yes/no questions regarding their adherence to the prescribed regimen, rate their pain on a scale from 0 (no pain) to 10 (maximum pain), and provide feedback on their experience.
Educational Resources: Provides instructional content on how to properly perform the prescribed exercises and general guidelines for rehabilitation.
Discussion Chat: Offers direct access to WhatsApp for quick communication with the doctor regarding any concerns or updates.
Notifications & Profile: A bell icon at the top-left corner alerts users to any important messages from their doctor, including reminders or changes to their regimen. Users can also access their profile to review personal details and treatment history.
