I have done everything they asked me to do to create an account and still I can not create one. I can get the code to go to my email but to get a code to my phone it will not work and I have tried countless times. So now I can't even track my shipping unless I call customer service. They old app was better.

I have been trying to register so I can track my packages but it won't send me the verification code through text. I have checked the spam folder but there's nothing in there. I get the verification code through email just fine but it won't send the secondary code through text. The old app worked great this one not so much
