Garbage app doesn't have customer service feature. Calling Customer service in phone takes so long too pick-up your concerns. Doesn't have phone number to contact the riders, also most of the time they don't call you. Garbage company garbage process garbage app doesn't help with your shipment concerns.

Worst service exp - no real-time update , no easy way to connect to agents other than a paid call, and slow to none email reply/update. Too hassle and worst service experience. Thier policies doesnt allow you to change branch even if they delayed your item for weeks due to coverage issues.
