2026-06-02	La*****	I have made my payment through bill express and jps did not apply it , their customer service sucks because it's been more than 10 days since I made multiple payment not credited requests and when I had to finally navigate myself through their chat bot foolishness to get to an agent they are telling me i have to wait on them to investigate and also if late fee payment is applied I will have to make another request or redo another payment ... that's a scam ... totally disappointed!!!!
