2026-03-18	Ra*****	There is too much to say. For an app that is required for you to enter the country this is by any account a total disaster. It is laggy, it is missing sooooo many items that you have to find out from a customs officer what to use for the missing items. This has been love for 2 years and still these problems. horrible.

2026-01-03	Mi*****	It doesn't list the city I live in, nor does it allow me to enter it manually. It asks for my birth date but you have to swipe forever to get all the way back to the year 1949. Why doesn't allow a direct entry. Overall this app is a failure. Hopefully the trip won't be as difficult and trying.

Trying to input the required information but it won't let me. attempted multiple times with multiple profiles with no luck. Also, no response from the help option or an email sent. hopefully they'll take paper forms if they are even available.

2024-12-16	A *****	This is really, really bad. Email addresses cannot exceed a certain number of characters, the add a passenger function does not work, scanning your passport does not work on iphone 16, there are many different issues with the UI.
