There is too much to say. For an app that is required for you to enter the country this is by any account a total disaster. It is laggy, it is missing sooooo many items that you have to find out from a customs officer what to use for the missing items. This has been love for 2 years and still these problems. horrible.

There are no screens in Nassau to use this app... you're just sending your info to the government for no reason... app can't be used for customs

Waste of time. The airline folks suggested using this to streamline everything. I filled everything out and when we got to Nassau, the Bahamian officials wouldn't use it. I was sent to the back of the line and had to find a pen (there were none at the forms, luckily someone let me use theirs) and fill out forms by hand.
